1. What is the total fee for a
remote session?

We offer a free diagnostic session. We
will then determine if your problem can be fixed remotely and
you'll have the option of proceeding with the repair. The
total fee is $75. There are no hidden charges or taxes.

2. What are the requirements for a remote support
session? |
|
The only requirement is that you have a working high speed
internet connection. We repair every version of the
Windows operating system. |

3. What is the typical time frame to schedule a repair? |
|
Your repair should be scheduled within 24 hours of your
consultation. You can also initiate a session immediately
from our home page without
any consultation. |

4. Will I be able to observe as the repair is going on? |
|
Yes, you will be able to see exactly what the technician sees. |

5. Will I receive any kind of support after the repair
is complete? |
|
We offer free phone tech support for up to one week after your
repair has been completed. |

6. What payment methods do you
accept?

Payment is done by credit card. We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex & Discover. We will send
you a secure online link to submit Payment. Payment can
also be accepted
over the phone. If you choose to accept our services,
payment must be made before we begin. If the repair is
unsuccessful, you will be given a full refund.

7. Do you offer any kind of
guarantee?

We offer a 30 day guarantee. If the
problem that we worked on returns within 30 days we will fix it
at no extra charge.

8. What if you can't solve my
problem?

Several attempts will be made to correct your
problem. If there is a problem we can't solve you will
be refunded your full amount.

9. Is the remote connection
secured?
The remote connection incorporates 256 bit
encryption. Only you and technician will be able to see
what is happening.

10. Can the technician gain access to my
computer after the remote session has ended?
|
|
Once the session ends the tech has no way of
accessing your computer again. In order to gain access again you
must allow him the access back to your computer.
